Leporiday

Meet Saffron, Prince of the world of Leporiday, an alternate dimension that functions very differently from Gene and Doug's. To create the most superior subjects, the world as a whole developed a culture of homosexuality, with sexual intercourse with the opposite sex ONLY used for procreation and spreading of the strongest lineages.While he is considered almost perfect by most of his subjects, there's one issue that could cause him banishment or execution: Saffron is attracted to women.

He tried to keep his sexual identity a secret, but one day he was found out by his uncle which forced him to practice being a 'normal' man. As much as he tried, he realized you can't change who you are, which caused him to shut down.

One night, while celebrating with his subjects, Saffron fell into a drunken haze. He got so intoxicated that he started seeing little white lights dance in his eyes. In his culture, seeing white lights means that little white rabbits are drunkenly dancing around him. Not thinking anything of it, he grabbed one and to his surprise, an actual white rabbit formed in his hand, and Gene Lightfoot appeared. Not sure how he was summoned to this world, Saffron believed it had something to do with his 'predicament'. He decided to let the tototchin stay with him and work on his problems.

 

For months, Gene assisted Saffron with his troubles, protecting the land and staying in form with man he is supposed to be for his subjects.  While Gene's empathetic powers of persuasion helped a little bit, it was reestablished that Saffron is a heterosexual male and changing him to something else is impossible. Eventually Gene forced Saffron to accept himself for who he was and to be proud of it. Since neither man was able to send Gene back to his home world, Gene departed in search to find magics that could help him teleport back to his earth. In their goodbyes, Saffron decided to face his mother, the Queen, and start a new reign of acceptance...

With the help of Oscar's water portals and Dante's almost infinite power, Doug was able to make a locator spell for Gene, even through dimensions. When he arrived in Leporiday, the atmosphere of the world caused his powers to go haywire and trigger the sexual energy that usually only mildly secrets from the hybrid. He eventually got drunk from the sexual energy he was creating and completely forgot why he was there.

Eventually, being a totem of sex himself, Gene picked up on that energy and it led him straight to Doug. With his empathy power strengthened (thanks again to the atmosphere of the world) Gene was able to break Doug from the trance he put on himself, and the 2 traveled back to their world to live another day.

While the queen was sympathetic to her son's plight, she knew the danger and destruction that a heterosexual royal would cause. After hearing about her adventures with the rabbit totem, she and her daughter gathered her best sorcerers to send Saffron to Gene's world, in order to keep him safe and disguise his trip as an ambassador program. Gene and Doug accepted Saffron with open arms and made him a member of the Demonic Authority Bureau. He eventually proved to be a great warrior and asset, he became the new field leader of the team. After some time, Saffron accepted his new setting and loved how free he could be with his life. But even though he could express himself as he chose, he still constantly found himself in rather... homoerotic situations. Oh well...
