Oscar Vergara

 While on mission in Mexico City, Mexico, the duo met a new member of the D.A.B, Oscar Vergara, a water nymph who can turn bodies of water into portals around the world. Gene took an instant liking to Oscar and the 2 have gone on adventures together whenever possible.

Their friendship started off very physical, with not much time for anything else in between missions, but eventually the 2 got to know more about each other and become closer...
